My 4 Step Approach to Anxiety Therapy

  1. Free Consultation - Schedule a call to discuss what you have been experiencing, consider our fit, ask any questions you may have.

  2. Intake Session - We'll plan to meet to discuss background history and your anxious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and more depth. We will also layout a plan to systematically overcome your anxiety.

  3. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Sessions - We'll spend time analyzing your most common and loudest anxious thoughts, consider how they are impacting your feelings and behaviors. We'll then develop concrete ways to respond to those anxious thoughts that will lead to feelings of more calm and control.

  4. Maintenance - We'll focus our attention on strengthening these CBT skills and consider ways to apply them to other areas of your life where they may be helpful.
