Free Consultation - Schedule a call to discuss what you have been experiencing, consider our fit, and ask any questions you may have.

Intake Session - We'll plan to meet to discuss background history and your depressive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in more depth. We will also layout a plan to systematically overcome your depressive feelings.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Sessions - We'll spend time analyzing negative and unhelpful thoughts and consider how they are impacting your feelings and behaviors. We'll then develop concrete ways to respond to those thoughts that will lead to feeling better and more in control.

Maintenance - We'll focus our attention on strengthening these CBT skills and consider ways to apply them to other areas of your life where they may be helpful.
